Oh I love spices like chai tea or cinnamon for autumn. And the weather here is totally like autumn, except of the little rain. But I can’t go outside anymore without wearing one or two jackets or pullovers. So it’s the perfect time for creating new Muffin recipes for the upcoming months!
Banana and Chai Tea Muffins:
– 200g flour
– 70g brown sugar / 8g stevia mix
– 70ml veg-oil
– 1/8 tsp cinnamon
– 1 cup of chai tea/ 3 tsp instant chai tea powder
– 1 mashed banana
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 pinch of salt
– drink of choice, add as much as you need
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 356°F. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes.
