broccoli and stirred tofu

Easy Recipe: noddles with broccoli and stirred tofu 

Cook as much noddles as you want to eat (per person). Cut one broccoli into little pieces and cook them for about 10-15 minutes (‚till they’re just as soft as you can easy cut them). 
Fry the silken tofu with some pepper, salt, curry, turmeric. Add the broccoli pieces to the pan. 
Make a sauce out of coconut milk and soy cream. Add some spices (curry, pepper, salt, herbs).
Serve and voilà!
